Karina Sotnik, founder and CEO of WorldUpstart, has spent decades helping tech companies scale across borders. After arriving in the US in 1988 and spending the 90s expanding Silicon Valley firms into international markets, she eventually landed in Philadelphia - where she built accelerator programs for the University of Pennsylvania and the University City Science Center, experiences that directly shaped present-day WorldUpstart.
